A graduate in Hotel Management from Visva-Bharati University (2004), he has built his career by working with some of India's renowned hospitality brands, where he developed expertise in food service operations, banquet management, stewarding, catering logistics, and customer service.
His professional journey includes valuable experience with prestigious hospitality organizations such as India Habitat Centre (New Delhi), IRPPL (Noida), The Claridges (New Delhi), Shangri-La (New Delhi), Crowne Plaza Today (Gurugram), and Hyatt Regency Kolkata. During these years, he gained in-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality standards, large-scale banquet operations, hygiene management, inventory control, event planning, and operational excellence. In 2019, Mr. Maiti founded Stewarding India Private Limited, a company specializing in premium rental solutions for crockery, cutlery, glassware, kitchen equipment, and banquet essentials. Under his leadership, the company has successfully served numerous hotels, corporate organizations, banquet venues, and event management companies with a reputation for quality, reliability, and professional service. Building on this strong foundation, he launched Spice Blend Catering with the vision of delivering exceptional catering experiences that combine delicious cuisine, impeccable presentation, and world-class hospitality. His mission is to provide customized catering solutions for corporate events, weddings, social celebrations, institutional catering, and premium outdoor events.
